Here is an Auto Arc precision 50 amp TIG welder. This was made by National Standard and is currently a Miller brand name. This welder is designed for extremely precise welds in very thin metal foils. It can run as low as .5 amps. These welders are very rare and expensive and haven't been made for many years. Miller has told me that they are considering manufacturing these again because nothing they sell now can do what this welder can. I have condition the best that I can.
