Voltage 432 V., Power Factor HIGH, WeatherProof. NO PCBs, UL Listed Ballast 615M. Made by Wide-Lite Corp., Serial # S9136105. This ballast is Not suitable for operation of H-34-12 Lamps. The ballast housing has the number 60191 cast on the bottom with the number 2 stamped under that. Has a union made stamp on the housing. This ballast is New / old stock from a Bucyrus Erie distribution warehouse that sold to the mining industry. It was purchased within a lot purchase of old unsold inventory at this facility. It appears to have been purchased by Bucyrus Erie in 1980. This item is New, unused, and in Excellent condition. The carton is very aged (see photo) from long storage, but the transformer looks fresh and new. This item has not been tested.
