MKS HPS Model 93-4480 Two-Stage Valve * A Product of The MKS Instruments HPS Division * HPS® Two-Stage valves are isolation valves that allow for slow pumping of a vacuum system. The bypass valve creates a small opening for the initial pump down, slowing system evacuation. This reduces contamination induced by particle turbulence and damage due to sudden pressure changes.
