This is a roll of nylon webbing or strapping that could have been from making parachutes back in WW2. It has some discoloration and I am not sure of the tensile strength, even when new. It could come in handy for use on boats, making backpacks, edging of tarps, etc. This webbing is made in a tube, there is no seam, so it's really double thickness, 1" wide. The center is a wooden spool with a hole in the center for threading onto something so you can put on the roll and wind it off as needed.
