Western Safety Emergency Spotlight Appears to be in New Condition. Box has a couple marks but the unit looks new Unit has not been charged - I have not tested it. I make every effort to describe and display the items I sell to the best of my ability. I encourage you to ask questions or request additional pictures if you're not sure of the items condition as seen on the pictures. I will respond as quick as possible to any questions or requested photos. Simply include your email address in your message along with the type of pictures you would like. Typically the pictures I use are about 3.5mb each. (make sure your mailbox can handle the pictures you request.) Please understand that all of the items I sell are used unless stated otherwise. With this said - please expect that the items will not be in new condition and they may have some defects in some minor way. I make every opportunity to disclose any defects of which I am aware.
