With reduced power the repetition rate can be increased up to 10 MHz. Variable pulse parameters include repetition rate, pulse width, delay/advance, and duty cycle. The 214B incorporates a constant Duty Cycle Mode that adjusts the duty cycle as the frequency is changed to ensure that the total energy delivered to a device under test is held constant. 0.3 to 100 V output amplitude into 50 Ohms 10 Hz to 10 MHz repetition rate (at < 30V Output) 25 ns to 10 ms pulse width Option 001 Burst capability Condition: Reconditioned and Performance Tested to meet manufacturers specifications. Clean unit inside and out. Physically inspected, hardware re-torqued, connectors treated with a preservative, controls and switches lubricated as appropriate, PA tubes tested, power supply electrolytics tested.
