RFA-274-FC cuts 1/8" to 1 1/8" outside diameter tubing. RFA-174-F cuts 3/8" to 1 1/8" outside diameter tubing. Both cutters come with extra cutting wheels. Manufacturer has a 2 year limited warranty.
