This is an AIR PUSH cyclinder/valve mechanism. It was on a parts washing machine I bought yrs ago. It was mounted on the lid of a 30 gal metal drum and a wire basket hung from the bracket that is attached to it. You would fill the drum with a cleaning solution about 3/4 of the way and then put the lid on. You would then position the wire basket on the bracket and lower it into the drum. The wire basket was then suspended in a cleaning solution with the parts. You would then connect an air supply hose to the fitting and turn the valve on adjusting the psi as you go. The more psi the faster the basket rotated in the drum. This is a back and forth valve or like a washing machine (goes back and forth) not a full revolution. Don't need this anymore. Build your own automated parts washer. Be sure to add me to your favorites list! (Air cyclinder piston valve rotary is the responsibility of Ralph Franklin) |
