This is a NEW UNIDEN APX-140 DESKTOP CHARGER for a Uniden portable radio. Charge has the APX 146 insert for the Uniden SPU416 or SPH516 portables and includes the power supply. I don’t know if this charger works with any other radios other than the two listed.
