Graco Informer In Line Fluid Fluid Meter Has plastic overlay on it still. There is a small spot of black gunk that is stuck to the center button (cosmetic issue). Otherwise in great condition. I have made an honest and fair evaluation of this item, but I am only human. I do miss things occasionally, and if it is not as I have represented it, I certainly will do what I can to "make it right".
