Microtest Test Kit - Microtest - Chlorine DPD Colorimetric test, range: 0–0.2–0.5–1–2–4 mg/L Cl2, DPD method, 3 reagents, ca. 80 tests. Water quality analysis by physical or electro-chemical test methods is very convenient, but limited to only a few parameters, like pH, conductivity, dissolved oxygen and redox. Though some other water constituents can be determined by means of ion-selective-electrodes (ISE), these usually require sample conditioning and careful calibration. However, most constituents and chemical properties of water can only be determined by chemical methods. Kit contains: complete test kit, containing all necessary reagents and accessories to carry out tests. Reagents are supplied in 15 mL dropper bottles (liquids) or 2.5 g vials. Replacement reagents are available if required. Colorimetric tests include a colour chart for colour comparison.
