It was operational when removed from service due to an electrical upgrade.This breaker has been visually inspected and continuity tested, it is CLEAN, the terminal lugs are included and rated AL-CU, there is NO broken plastic. May have a few scuffs and scrapes typical of used breakers.Actual pictures available on request only
