We treat all orders as urgent, but when speed is of essence we ask that you please notify us – we will invest additional resources into processing your order. If you are not available during the time of delivery, it is your full responsibility to contact the courier. A consignment note will be left, and you may arrange an alternative delivery schedule with the courier. Items that are returned to us because of non-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee. The import/export procedure is typically simple and straight forward. We do want to call your attention to the following: What to do if you receive a damaged item: If your item arrives damaged refuse to accept it from the currier and contact us immediately. We will send you a replacement item at once. If you noticed the damage after receipt of the item contact us immediately. We will ask you to photograph the damage and email it to us and ask that you keep all packaging material as well as all parts, documentation, and accessories that came with the machine.
