This is for four cutter wheels. These are new OLD stock cutter wheels made by Ellis and Ford Manufacturing company. They are for cutting cast iron pipe only. I probably should list them as antiques ha, ha. They have been preserved in cosmoline type stuff. I tried to cross them to something current but could not. Called no. 50 type 01 and 1 cutter wheel.
