Here is a Used but in good shape TM Smith Quick Change 3/8 Tap Adapter with 3/4 extension built in. TM Smith's website is : http:// /products/catalog_pdf/c2004-pdf/P78.pdf. Says they are compatible with Bilz, Collis, Universal and Lyndex. Shank diameter is 1.2" and the shank is 1.25" long that it would mount into.
