This end mill is in very sharp condition, it has been resharpened and not used since. It has approx. 2.75" of FLUTE and 6.625" overall, with a 2" shank with 6 flutes and center cutting. It does say M42 on it which is cobalt and it also says hi speed, HSC does stand for High speed cobalt so I am sure it is cobalt. If you need a specific size of anything just ask.
