Nice hand held Surface Pyrometer made by Pyrometer Instrment Co. 0-1200 degree F analog range. Included are #42 flexible extension arm, 42" long overall with 12" rigid arm & handle and 30" flexible stainless steel armor cable. This is a currently produced model and there are several different extensions and thermocouple heads available. This one comes with a #302 mold or lava type thermocouple with is designed for taking temperature readings from relatively flat surfaces with 1/4" diameter or larger area. The thermocouple holder has a 180 degree locking swivel with quick change connection. Accurate reading within 3 seconds. Ideal for welding shops, heat treating operations, molds, dies, platens, etc. Tested and works great. Comes with #42 flex extension arm, # 302 thermocouple head, factory literature and a real nice case. Current replacement cost is $860.00 from the manufacturer.
