This is a used tool that I believe is a bearing puller or installation device. It does not have any markings on it. The ID of the outer sleeve is 2 3/8 inches, the ID of the inner sleeve is 1 5/16 inches. There is 1 1/16 length of movement. The inner sleeve moves with the main screw but it does rotate, There is a 1/4 inch slot on the rear of the inner sleeve.
