Model 25-136. Obtained from an estate. Range is officially .075"; however, I can get ~5/32" (.1562") if the needle isn't screwed all the way in. Graduation in .0005" increments. Comes with the mounting base shown, which can be bolted down, and on which the gauge can be moved and set at a desired position vertically. The mount base is 2 7/16" wide. Works smoothly.
