You can feed these with an inverted TTL signal and they will do very well. This is NOT a cheap Export laser...This is Made in America, Beware of of cheaper modules claiming to be 650nm when they are really 658nm,Or confusing Specs claiming thay are Analog when they are TTL or cannot be modulated WE are really surprised how thin the beam is ...less than 2.7mm. at less than .7mR. This laser is extremly stable... it is rock stable.....It is that well regulated.. This laser is also reverse polarity protected at both inputs. Overvoltage protected at the input as well. This Unit also includes Analog modulation control input but will work with TTL modulation as well..to well over 30khz and still have a flat frequency response...very linear , very smooth...
