CNC rotary table rebuild specialists This unit is fully refurbished, delivered boxed and packed and is complete with all manuals. The Tsudakoma TRNC201 is a superb heavy duty 225mm diameter CNC rotary and tilting table (unlike some of the new developments using a smaller frame casting and a bigger faceplate meaning a lighter duty product). The table is capable of carrying 150kg unsupported or 250kg with tailstock (not included), has a rotary axis 1/180 all geared final drive ratio giving a rotation speed of 11.1rpm with a 2,000rpm motor and tilt axis ratio of 1/360 with a speed of 5.55rpm. The big advantage of this design is that it has a very large tilting range in both plus and minus directions making it ideal for Aerospace blade work, which most designs within price range are incapable of. This unit can be fitted with direct measurement encoders (not included) or motors with encoders, the tilting point of the table maximising the accuracy of position. (Centre tilt tables are more accurate for final position than tables with the tilt off centre, due to loading and centre of axis measurement characteristics. This table has hydraulic clamping and a tilt range of +105 to -105 degrees with overtravel switches and reference switches included. The table can be fitted with any relevant motors and cables to suit your target machine. (supplied and fitted at cost which may be considerably less than conventional dealer / agent pricing).
