USED: HPM 3.5" single screw extruder. 3.5" diameter x 1 USED: HPM 3.5" single screw extruder. 3.5" diameter x 138" long cored screw, 40:1 L/D ratio, approx 42" centerline height. 6 zone side vented barrel, 4-1/4" diameter vent, 92" from feed, electrically heated, closed loop water cooled with tank, pump and heat exchanger. 5-1/2" x 4-1/2" water cooled feed (no hopper). Driven by a 100 hp, 1780 rpm, 500 volt DC motor thru a Lufkin quick change reducer, 11.67:1 ratio, serial #322. Includes control panel with digital controls, 2 part die clamp and 15 hole strand die.
