This is a 50 plate Stainless Steel water to water heat exchanger, AIC brand, measures 5"x12". These are used when you want to transfer heat from one liquid to another without ever mixing the 2. Common uses are when hooking up a outdoor wood furnace to an indoor boiler, or hooking a solar system up to an indoor system. You can also use these to provide domestic hot water using your outdoor wood furnace. Sizing can be critical on these. If you have any questions on what size you need you can call or email us.
