Acrylic Plexiglass Saber Saw Blades Our saber saw blades making cutting acrylic sheet a breeze. The blades are specially made to cut acrylic sheet clean and easy. For cutting acrylic and plexiglass sheet *The package contains two blades *The gold blade is a fine tooth blade for sheets up to 1/8" thick *The green blade is for material more than 1/8" thick Two blades for making straight or curved cuts in acrylic and plexiglass sheet. One blade is for cutting material less than 1/8" thick and one blade of cutting sheets over 1/8" thick. Directions for use: Do not remove the paper masking from the sheet before cutting. If you must remove the masking apply masking tape to both sides of the sheet where you plan on cutting. To avoid chipping and cracking, the material should be solidly supported and held firm while cutting. Cut slowly - do not force. Do you need this sheet in a custom size? We carry our colored acrylic sheet in 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" thickness. We carry our clear sheet in 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1-1/2, 1-3/4" and 2" thickness.
