This is a very nice heavy plug holder for rekeying interchangeable core locks. What looks like rust in the picture is not rust, it is just a weird reflection. I guess you would call it a black anodized surface, but it is heavy like steel. It has 7 chambers and currently has a Best IC sitting in it, looks like it is missing the plug. I am an automotive specialist, so I have no use for this. Anyway, it came from a locksmith shop and I don't need it. Any questions, please feel free to ask. Good luck.
